Welcome to PackAlert. Using the site and the app is subject to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the service. The Hebrew version prevails.
Who we are
PackAlert is operated by Pack Alert ("we"). Contact: info@synca.co.il.
What the service does
PackAlert tracks the stock and prices of Pokémon TCG products at Israeli stores and stores that ship to Israel, and sends alerts to its users. It also offers a product catalog, price history, a card scanner, collection tracking, shared spaces and a sale & trade board between collectors.
PackAlert is not a store and sells nothing. You buy directly from the store, on its terms, and the price and stock shown on the store's own site are binding.
The data is collected automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or late. We don't promise that every alert arrives, that it arrives in time, or that the product is still in stock when you reach the store. Shipping, VAT and customs figures are estimates only.
Some store links may be affiliate links, for which we may receive a commission from the store. This does not change your price.
Your account
Using the app requires an account. Give accurate details, keep your password safe and don't hand your account to others. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
The service is meant for people aged 13 and over. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the free service on their own. Under 18, buying a paid plan and using the sale & trade board are allowed only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other users or the service.
What you may not do
You may not:
- collect, copy or reproduce the service's data (catalog, prices, price history, store list, product matches), by automated means or by hand, for use in another service or for publication;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools against the site, the app or the API, except search engines crawling the public pages;
- get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or try to access other people's accounts;
- overload or disrupt the service;
- post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.
The sale & trade board
The board lets collectors offer cards from their own collections for sale or trade. PackAlert only connects collectors: it is not a party to the deal, the shipping or the payment, and does not check the cards, their condition or the users.
Whoever posts a listing is responsible for it being accurate, for the card being theirs and for being allowed to sell it. Counterfeits, stolen items and items you don't own may not be offered.
When you upload a photo to a listing, you allow us to show it on the site and in the app while the listing is live.
We may remove listings, block users and handle reports at our discretion.
Plans
Signing up and the Free plan cost nothing. The Pro plan is not sold on the site yet. When it is, the payment, renewal and cancellation terms will be published before you buy.
We may change what each plan includes and its limits. We will announce a material change to a paid plan in advance.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, its code and the service's data compilation belong to Pack Alert.
Pokémon and the product names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company. PackAlert is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. Product images and names belong to their owners.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by relying on the service's data, by a buying decision, by the conduct of a store or another user, or by an interruption of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will announce a material change on the site or in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
